Afolabi Grace is a computer scientist turned fashion designer at Folabi Grace. She discovered her passion for designing at the age of 10. She would imagine herself making designs like the ones she saw on magazines. As a kid, she would make small outfit from pieces she picked up from her tailor’s shop and sometimes change the style on a dress she already owned.

Her passion for the fashion world was also influenced by an undergraduate job as an online content contributor at Glam Africa magazine. She wrote about successful designers and their pieces and as time went on she decided to embark on her journey by acquiring a formal training. She attended Nitsol Fashion Institute and at the age of 21, she started her own business and serves her clients with bespoke and readymade services. Some of the brands she looks up to in the fashion industry are April by Kunbi, Wana Sambo and Toju Foyeh.
